Jim Varney lives in the village that Fonzie apparently rules over and is apparently held in lower esteem due to his personality. He was a virgin until Cunningham got bored, however he later made statements suggesting he partook in incest before Cunningham. He is also able to gain access to medical records for an unknown reason and is an ally to the Sharks.
